Huge congratulations to Carys (Sixth Form) who came 2nd female in the Shinfield 10k in a time of 39mins 57 seconds.

Carys then finished the week off with a national 2nd place at Llanelli triathlon (part of the British Super Series) – a truly magnificent effort!
