On Wednesday, June 19, The Abbey was delighted to host the annual Abbey and Reading School Sixth Form Summer Quiz. The quiz came to fruition thanks to the hard work of the wonderful quiz writers and student leadership teams from both schools.

The quiz was underway with a spread of pizza, crisps, and popcorn. The teams had a great time answering questions on topics ranging from Garfield to 50 Cent, but in the end, Team 7 took the cake with a whopping 59 out of 65! … not to mention the team that came last and got the same prize!

The mixed teams allowed students to bond with each other and form friendships to carry through to next year! We look forward to more and exciting endeavours with Reading school in the future.
