We are very much looking forward to this week at Sugarcraft Club. We are going to finish the decorations for Miss Power’s cake and make her cake itself. The tasks this week include; making the cake, making the buttercream making the bows and covering the cake, binding the berries and leaves together and finishing the flowers with dust and paint by hand.

We have to grade and tape the leaves like vines so they look natural. We used edible paint to spray the catkins and orange berries using the spray paint gun and then we tested the small cakes we made to make sure they were just right for Miss Power!

I am really excited that my name has been drawn out of the hat and I will now be part of the delivery team on the day!
