Before half term a number of pupils took part in our first Studio Sounds of the term.  Our concert started with the debut performance of our Upper I percussion ensemble, a group that meets once a week for a lunchtime club. After just four rehearsals they were excited to open the concert and to perform for an audience.  It was delightful to hear performances from students who have only been learning for a couple of months to those who are more experienced.  We also enjoyed our first ever performance on a viola and hope that this inspires others to take up an instrument. We look forward to our next Studio Sounds later this month.
