Basingstoke Festival of Music and Arts

Over this past weekend, Aishani (Upper I) took part in the Basingstoke festival of Music and Arts.

On Saturday she competed in the Piano competition, where she secured a First Prize in her group category.

On Sunday, she took part in two Violin categories when she got a First prize in the first category and a second Prize in the other category.

Beyond the accolades, the festival proved to be a valuable learning opportunity. Observing other skilled performers and receiving detailed feedback from the judges has inspired Aishani to further refine her piano and violin renditions. She looks forward to applying these insights as she continues her musical journey – especially with Woodley Festival coming up.
