PRGN Cheerleading World Championships

Last week Sadie in Upper I travelled to Florida, USA to represent UK cheerleading at the PRGN Cheerleading World Championships, with her team KickTwist.

The team did brilliantly and came 3rd in their category, “hitting zero” for all their performances meaning no deductions and that all stunts & tumbling were executed cleanly & safely. The championships were held in Universal Studios with the squad performing over two days alongside teams from all over the world.

Outstanding Achievement at National Table Tennis Championships

Navya delivered an outstanding performance at England’s U10–U13 National Table Tennis Championships, winning three bronze medals in the U11 Girls, U10 Girls, and U12 Girls Doubles events. At only nine years old, competing against older players, her achievement highlights both her talent and determination. Navya has been training four days a week, showing consistent dedication to improving her skills. Her preparation, confidence and hard work have clearly paid off in this impressive result. Navya is excited to continue her journey, aiming to learn, grow and achieve even more success in the years ahead.
