Zaya launches slushy business for charity
To celebrate the 250th Anniversary of American Independence, this past 4 July weekend, Zaya launched a charity event for her Tiki Slushy business.
Over the course of two hours, Zaya and her friends served over 40 guests with a variety of fun flavoured custom Slushy drinks in the Tiki Hut with the most popular flavour being “Cola Blast.”
She herself had a blast playing her custom AI created tune “Mix It. Slush It. Love It.” – filling the room with fun vibes. What is even more special is that 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Water Aid.
Ishita’s Cricket Adventure
Ishita in Lower III plays for Berkshire County and Wokingham Cricket Club, performing consistently well as an all-rounder in county fixtures. She’s shown such promise that she mostly plays in a mixed team at her age group, as the coaches see great potential in her ability to compete at that level, and has on occasion captained a mixed boys’ and girls’ team.
She has regularly been nominated as Best Batter or Best Bowler across various matches, and has won her club’s Most Promising Cricketer of the Season award several times over the last few years.
Most recently, she was selected as an Anthem Kid for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup semi-final between Australia and West Indies at The Oval in London, and was broadcast live on Sky Sports television in this role. She stood on the pitch at The Oval alongside world-class players, walked out with them, and lined up in front of them as the national anthems were played. She also had the chance to see the World Cup trophy up close, and to meet and chat with some of the top Australian women cricketers. It was a wonderful experience that has only deepened her passion for the sport.
Beyond cricket, Ishita is a real all-round sportswoman. She also loves tennis, netball, and hockey, and has represented the school’s A teams in various inter-school tournaments, including IAPS fixtures.
Ishita has been awarded both an academic and sports scholarship to Abbey Senior School, where she has been recognised as a Sports Scholar. We look forward to her continuing to flourish and build on her achievements as she moves into senior school.
The Dance World Cup 2026
This week, Eleanor in Upper IV heads to Dublin to compete at the Dance World Cup 2026, where dancers from over 70 nations will take to the stage between 8th & 18th July.
Eleanor will be competing in the Junior, Intermediate and Senior Commercial Street Team categories, as well as the Intermediate Showstopper Group Team event, representing Dance Reality.
We wish Eleanor and all of her Dance Reality teammates the very best of luck. Enjoy every moment of this incredible experience—we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!
Pippa’s Cheer Success
Pippa in Upper V has had a phenomenal season in Cheer this year, which concluded with her team, Violet, at Kicktwist Cheer, securing 1st place, becoming Grand Champions! They also won a paid bid to America for next year! We are so proud of all of Pippa’s hard work and dedication that she has put into Cheer this year, whilst balancing her studies and GCSEs at the same time. We look forward to hearing about Pippa’s next steps in Cheer next season.
