A capacity audience packed the Richards Hall to enjoy an eclectic programme of music from the Symphony Orchestra, Concert Band, Senior Choir and String Orchestra. Following on from Dr Bellamy’s article in last week’s Gateway, it was so wonderful to see students from both the Junior and Senior Schools working together to produce beautiful, uplifting music. A very special moment came when Oya, an Upper Sixth musician, had her original composition performed by the Concert Band; something she will never forget. So, try to find an hour in your schedule to sit back and enjoy these wonderful performances.
