Last Friday evening, we celebrated the outstanding sporting achievements of our students in Upper III, Lower IV and Upper IV, recognising their dedication, passion and talent.

A selection of Colours were presented to the students in their individual and team based sports, along with the prestigious Junior School Physical Education Cup, which was dually awarded to Georgia and Milla in Upper IV.

In addition, two of our Sixth Form Sports Captains, Ione and Tranthini gave personal insights into what top level sporting success looks and feels like in the Rowing and Badminton world. Our other two Sports Captains, Gabby and Hannah, were also in attendance and loved interacting with the younger students to hear all about their sporting highlights and upcoming events.

The PE department would like to thank all of the parents for their ongoing support, particularly those who attended the evening. We hope that you enjoyed yourselves. We are very proud of all of our students who represent The Abbey so positively and look forward to celebrating more sporting success at next year’s event!
