Spanish Photography Competition

on

We kept busy during our Lower V Spanish trip and we hosted various competitions. A Photography competition and a Best word or phrase learnt.

In the Competición de Fotografía we had the following winners: Mady Cheng for Los patitos y su mamá (Ducklings ensemble ) in first position, Jodie Yang with Balcones al atardecer (Balconies at sunset) and Zara Ghazanfar with Puente en el parque de Maria Luisa, Sevilla (Bridge at the park in Seville).

The best expressions were: Tiquismiquis – learnt by Alexis Wu (it means a very picky or fussy person, a fusspot; a person with silly scruples or fussy details, or who makes silly or trivial objections) and el Chiringuito by Dion Cheung (beach bar, snack bar).

Congratulations to all participants for their fantastic entries.
