Last weekend Laura was fortunate to be selected to represent GB South in the Spanish Open Aerobic Gymnastics Competition in Cunit. She said “This year has felt like an extra challenge in juggling both a change in category and understanding the new competition code. It’s been a slow start and I’ve had a few setbacks along the way and was even marked down for smiling too much! This weekend however I had a lot to smile about having achieved a personal best and ranked 19/51 in my age group. Hard work and determination really does pay off!”

Laura is off again this weekend to trial with the Aerodance Aquad for the European Championships to be held later this year. Best of luck!
