Sixth Form Theatre Trip: Mamma Mia! Magic in the West End

on

Last Thursday, 76 Sixth Formers, and their teachers, travelled together by coach into London, enjoying the sparkle of the Christmas lights as they made their way through the city. Once they had arrived, students headed off in groups for dinner – an opportunity to explore, make choices independently, and enjoy a bit of freedom before the show.

Watch them all excitedly queueing up here.

We then gathered at the Novello Theatre for a fantastic performance of Mamma Mia! The atmosphere was electric from the moment the curtain rose. By the finale, our students were leading the way: singing, dancing, and filling the theatre with unmistakable Abbey joy.

It was a memorable night of community, culture and celebration, and a wonderful reminder of how vibrant Sixth Form life can be.
