Last Thursday, our Sixth Formers set off for a night at the theatre to see Mean Girls the Musical, and it was nothing short of brilliant.
The musical, based on the iconic 2004 film, delivered all the sharp wit and unforgettable moments we loved from the movie, but with a fresh, lively twist.
The music was catchy, and the humour had the whole theatre laughing out loud. It was a perfect mix of fun and sass.
What made the trip even more enjoyable was the wave of pink that took over the Sixth Form Centre that morning. Even though we were heading to the theatre later in the day, nearly everyone had embraced the spirit of “on Wednesdays, we wear pink” – except this time, it was Thursday!
It was a great chance to bond outside of the classroom, and all in all, it was an amazing night out. Huge thanks to the teachers for organising and chaperoning such a fun trip!
