On Tuesday, the Upper IV- Upper VI Drama scholars had the opportunity to participate in a Wicked workshop run by Wicked Active Learning. We learnt the harmonies to ‘One Short Day’ with a musical director before being taught some of the real choreography from the musical. This was a very enjoyable experience that allowed us to improve our skills, characterisation and knowledge involved in the subject whilst still making our own choices and having a fantastic time! They really encouraged everyone to get involved and helped us grow in confidence throughout the session. We all had such a great time partaking in this workshop!

Taking part in the Wicked workshop was fantastic! The Drama scholars were extremely lucky to have been given the opportunity to work with industry professionals to learn the harmonies and choreography to ‘One Short Day’. This was such a rewarding experience as we worked on skills such as building confidence and characterisation whilst on stage. The experience was an exciting opportunity that I will never forget!
