Reception have delved into the history of our school this week, learning about The Abbey past and present. Creating our own Abbey museum and trying on old uniforms, the children have enjoyed exploring the concepts of ‘past’ and ‘present’ in a meaningful and purposeful way. They thought about why things had changed and talked about how we are grateful to be in a school like we are today. We also had a little think about the future, designing our own school uniforms with everything from pink wellies to dinosaur themed logos!
