We are delighted to have received over 400 donations for The Royal Berkshire Hospital’s Giving Tree campaign!

Thank you so much to families from both the Senior and Junior Schools – your gifts will make sure patients at the RBH receive a present on Christmas Day.

Reflecting Abbey Kindness, not only did students donate gifts, they also wrapped them ready to further help the RBH charity.

Christmas songs were playing, Santa hats were worn and the sellotape was flowing – a fabulous festive way to make a difference to our local community.

Headteacher Dr Sarah Tullis said, “It’s inspiring to see our students coming together to support the Royal Berkshire Giving Tree. The hospital is just across the road from our school and it’s wonderful to know that Abbey students have helped to ensure that their patients will get a gift on Christmas Day.”
