After much deliberation, the winners of the Queen’s Jubilee Dessert competition are Isabelle & Ione with their Eton Mess Layered Victoria Sponge Cake. The comment from the judge, Head Chef Phil Searle was ” I really enjoyed this dessert and the fact that it was two very British desserts combined into one was fab! 

We all look forward to tasting the winning dessert at the Platinum Jubilee Celebration on Friday.
