Prep trip to Bucklebury Farm

on

Prep enjoyed a truly wonderful day out at Bucklebury Farm. It was a beautiful sunny day in the countryside, perfect for exploring and having fun together. The children loved spending time with the farm animals, including chickens and goats, and had lots of opportunities to feed them, which caused plenty of giggles when the animals’ whiskers tickled their hands.

There was so much to enjoy, from the adventure playground and obstacle course to the tractor ride around the deer park. Feeding the different deer was a real highlight, and spotting newly born fawns made the experience even more special. With packed lunches, fresh air and the freedom to learn outside, the children embraced every moment.

A lovely comment from the day was, “I wish we could learn like this every day.”
