The Junior School enjoyed taking part in The Abbey’s Annual Poetry Slam.

Each year group from Reception to Lower III prepared a poem to perform with their Form Teachers and had a go at performing on the stage in Kensington Hall.

There was such a range of different poems including narrative poetry, free verse and rap-style. Some classes had even been involved in adapted and re-writing their poems and adding actions to make them even better!
