Pippa visits Mozambique

on

Over the Easter break, I was lucky enough to spend some time in the Bazaruto Archipelago in Mozambique.

Bazaruto is an island of sand dunes and no roads. It has a population of about 300 people. During my time there I spent time playing and reading with the children who aren’t as lucky as us, and teaching them games.

The villagers live simple lives – fishing and growing all their own food. It was an enriching and humbling experience that I will never forget.
