The Abbey was absolutely thrilled to win the Passion About Sport category at the recent Muddy’s Best School Awards 2024.

The ethos of Muddy Stilettos is all about celebrating and supporting the best in modern, holistic education, and 500+ schools entered from all around the country! The judges were incredibly impressed by all submissions, but they felt that The Abbey’s stood out for its originality and attention to detail.

Commitment to the community was a key factor in the submission. Following the success of Girls Go Gold, the award-winning Festival of Sport was celebrated – a day on which young children around the Reading area were offered masterclasses in a range of sports.
