Aishani, Upper I delivered an excellent showing at this year’s Maidenhead Festival of Music and Dance, earning high praise from adjudicators and returning with two medals.

Aishani began with the Piano category, where she secured a Gold Medal in her group. The adjudicator commended her performance as “a piece full of harmonious texture and palette, with well-observed and contrasting delivery of dynamics.”

She then took part in the Violin category, achieving a Bronze Medal. Her flowing bow stroke and clear understanding of musical phrasing were particularly highlighted by the adjudicator.

Beyond the accolades, the festival proved to be a valuable learning opportunity. Observing other skilled performers and receiving detailed feedback from the judges has inspired Aishani to further refine her piano and violin renditions. She looks forward to applying these insights as she continues her musical journey.
