Mindful Moments with LEGO in the Sixth Form

on

World Mental Health Day on Friday brought a splash of colour – and a lot of LEGO – to the Sixth Form! In the middle of a busy term filled with UCAS forms, rehearsals, and revision, students took some time out to switch off, slow down, and build something brilliant.

From tiny houses to ambitious towers, everyone got involved, creating (and occasionally competing!) in a light-hearted session designed to encourage mindfulness through play. It was a simple but joyful reminder that creativity and calm can go hand in hand – and that sometimes, a handful of LEGO bricks is all it takes to reset and recharge.
