Head of Upper III, Miss Power, has kindly agreed to our amazing and talented Lower IV Sugarcraft Club, to make her wedding cake. 

The design that she has chosen looks wonderful!  We will update you on the progress of the cake throughout this term and next.  In our first session we started with leaves, learning every week!  Aryakka has shared her thoughts on the project.

Today in the Food Room, some other students from UIV and I started creating leaves out of Sugar Flower Paste to be included in Miss Power’s wedding cake! It was really fun to create the leaves and give them texture, and I am really excited to see the final result! Every week, we are going to create different things to put on the cake, like flowers and different types of leaves.

I am sure Miss Power will love the cake we are making for her wedding!
