Lower VI A Level Biology Field Trip

on

On Tuesday 24 June, we visited Amersham Field Studies Centre to carry out some ecology field work as part of our A Level Biology studies. From counting woodlice to measuring soil pH, it was a brilliant opportunity to link our classroom learning of populations and ecosystems with real life applications. It also taught us valuable skills about data analysis and evaluation, which without a doubt will be extremely helpful to us in our exams. Overall it was an amazing day out in which we could fully immerse ourselves in biology!!
