This week our Lower V Food and Nutrition students have been busy making their final dishes for their mock GCSE coursework. The dishes they have created have been outstanding, not just in presentation and skills, but also in flavour, texture, taste and aroma. A mixture of both savoury and sweet, the food has impressed everyone who has come to see it.
Our students have been busy preparing their coursework, a reduced copy of the GCSE work they will create next year. Through research and trials they have found different ways to create delicious dishes for a teenager looking to increase their fibre intake. Over the weeks they have developed their skills ready to achieve their best marks next year. Here are a few examples of the wonderful final dishes that they have created.
