Lower V Exploring Italian cuisine

Today in my Food and Nutrition lesson, I made both egg and squid ink ravioli, filled with our own handmade ricotta and spinach. It was such a fun and rewarding experience. The subject is one of my most enjoyable parts of the week, and it always feels rewarding to create something from scratch. My teacher, Mrs. Mair makes the lessons even more special by filling them with nothing but encouragement and support, which has made the whole course such a positive experience for me so far.
