Inspired by the paintings of Kandinsky, Reception has been exploring ‘Circles in a Circle’ and ‘Stained in a Triangle’. 

They identified, compared and used these 2D, flat shapes to create their own shapes and artwork. On further investigation the children have also found out the special characteristics of circles and triangles, using this subject knowledge to play the fun game ‘Mystery Bag’.
