Upper IV have been taking part in a Jubilee dessert competition in their food lessons. They have had to design a dessert that can be served in school on the celebration day after half term.
The dining room is going to scale up and reproduce the winning recipe. The desserts were judged by Head Chef Phil Searle during Food and Nutrition lessons this week. The students have had fun creating a range of red white and blue desserts.
The winner will be announced after half term.
