Kara’s performance was lively and vibrant, full of rhythmic energy capturing the essence of the gypsy dance. The atmosphere in Pastorale by German was serene with a gentle flowing melody, peaceful and reminiscent of a pastoral scene.
Haylen performed Scherzo by Telemann and Poeme by Adorian on the cello. Scherzo was playful and light with lively rhythms that created a bright and upbeat mood.
In contrast, Haylen’s second piece, Poeme, was expressive, featuring a gentle melody that conveyed a sense of emotion and reflection.
Anastasia sang “I could have danced all night” by Loewe from the musical “My Fair Lady”. Anastasia’s performance was joyful and exciting, capturing the thrill of a magical evening.
I enjoyed performing Chanson Triste by Tchaikovsky on the violin, a melancholic piece that expresses a sense of sorrow and longing.
