I really enjoy the Interludes Recital because it has a supportive and welcoming environment allowing everyone to sing and play their instrument. It gives performers the chance to express themselves and share pieces that they have been working on. I also appreciate how the recital allows everyone to experience a wide variety of songs, styles, and instruments. This week we had many interesting performances including someone who plays the trombone and someone who is practising singing for their GCSEs. We also had a quintet of guitarists play some lovely pieces. Overall I love how the Interludes is a weekly recital where everyone is allowed to join with other teachers and students supporting and listening to each other and this week’s was really enjoyable.
