Congratulations to Rina who has been presented with the Head’s Award this week. The Head’s Award is given for exceptional academic attainment in English, Maths or Science. 

Rina wrote this poem for Black History Month as part of an English lesson. Upper II were exploring influential events and women that impacted Black History. She looked at powerful rhyming words and used her Ipad to research why it is still important to talk about Black History and Racism today.
