Our Lower V and Upper V netball teams began their pre-season this weekend with an action-packed trip to Condover Hall in Shrewsbury.

The weekend consisted of friendly matches, a training session with Ella Bowen (an England Rose and Leeds Rhinos player), a Sports Psychology session with Loughborough Lightning’s lead Psychologist, a recovery pool lesson, and some team bonding activities.

The students were superb throughout the residential and are very excited for the season ahead!
