GSA Choir of the Year Grand Final

on

Bright and early on Sunday morning members of the Junior School Chamber Choir travelled to Warwick to take part in the Girls’ Schools Association Choir of the Year Grand Final.  Eighteen Choirs had entered the competition and eight of these (of which we were one) reached the finals.  The standard of all the choirs was extremely high and the Chamber Choir gave a superb performance of their two songs.  At the end of the morning all the Junior Choirs joined with the Senior Choirs (whose part of the competition was taking place in the afternoon) to sing ‘Make me a Channel of Your Peace’.  It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to entering again in future years.
