In August, Rosa in Lower V was selected by British Gymnastics to represent Great Britain in Aerobic Gymnastics at the Plovdiv Cup Aerobics Open in Bulgaria. This competition is set to take place over the coming weekend and Rosa will be performing an individual routine and as part of a trio.

After a further selection event at Lilleshall National Sports Centre in September, Rosa has received the news that she has also been selected to represent GB at the 2025 European Aerobic Junior and Under 15 Championships, which takes place in Ganja, Azerbaijan on 9-11 November.
