Today in Food and Nutrition we made Fruity yoghurt muffins. These had a simple and clear recipe that you could make quickly.

The muffins are a great snack, healthy dessert and you can even have them for breakfast. They were delicious and had the perfect balance of sweet, zingy fruit and creamy, rich yoghurt. These muffins are also low in fat as we used low fat yoghurt and less saturated fat in the cakes.
I really enjoyed the process of making them and will definitely be making them again.
