French theatre production

on

Students of French in Lower IV and Upper IV were treated to a performance of ‘Prendre sa revanche’ a French play performed by actors from the Onatti Productions Ltd. Veronique and Hugo, two unscrupulous art dealers, try to sell fake artwork but get their comeuppance when the tables are turned on them. Several pupils were invited to play a part in the production and they excelled at playing the roles of Madame Burger, Monsieur Dupan-sur-mer and a police officer. Here are some of their views on the play:

It was really interesting and funny and good for my French learning – April
I enjoyed it because it was interactive and we could join in – Lois
It was fun and the actors made me laugh a lot – I even got to go on stage! – Veronica
It was really good how they acted and used actions to help us understand the story – Livia
