Mrs Mair and Mrs Fowkes were really impressed with those Upper IV students who had signed up to hone their pâtisserie skills last Wednesday. A complicated recipe meant that the students were busy at work both at lunch and after school but the results were definitely worth it: a lovely shortcrust pastry case with smooth crème pâtissière and glazed strawberries on top. The tartelettes aux fraises looked just as delicious as they tasted! Bonne dégustation!
