Our Upper V group enjoyed working to solve a food production example with honeycomb in their taster session for Food Science and Nutrition this week. The Abbey is proud to introduce the A Level equivalent WJEC Food Science and Nutrition Certificate in September 2025.
It was a great opportunity for the students to learn more about the course, as well as tackling an example from the syllabus. Delighted with the results, the group agreed that the batch with a reduction in bicarbonate of soda and no added water was the best.
