This term our Lower V Food and Nutrition students have undertaken mock coursework to prepare for their GCSE next year and have accepted the challenge with some really wonderful dishes in their first practical in this series.

The task we have set is to research and cook dishes from World cuisine, reporting their work in an assessed coursework by the end of the term. The students have chosen a wide range of dishes from Italy, France, America and Malaysia.  We were all delighted to see their work, which sets the bar high for their final dishes after half term.
