Final Hockey Game of the Autumn Term

on

On 5 December, the Under 15s played the final hockey game of the term  against LVS Ascot.  Although this was the first U15 fixture of the year, many of the players had been involved with older age groups at County and Regional level, so the team was in a good position.

The team demonstrated good control of the game and dominated possession throughout.  A 2-0 win (goals from Emily and Grace) reflected the dogged defence of the opposition.  Thanks to Upper VI students Juliette and Maddie for umpiring.

This was the first step in preparations for the Under 15 County Championships on 13 March, with U11, U12, U13 In2Hockey tournaments also taking place in the Spring term.
