Our Upper IV food students have made these wonderful pieces of focaccia food art. They look amazing! The students planned their work in advance and made their focaccia during the lesson, carefully arranging their vegetables to resemble their design. Well done to Saanvi who wins the prize this year for her winning design. The students tell us that their work was not only decorative, but delicious as well.
