This week we had several staff wellbeing sessions including Fantastic Fish and Chips. With one of our staff members having worked for Heston Blumenthal, we were able to hear stories of what working as a chef in a Michelin star restaurant was like. We also learnt about the history of certain Heston invented products – namely the Triple Cooked Chip. We learnt the Science behind what makes The Hinds Head’s Fish and chips so delectable. These are some secret ingredients and methods. Then we ate together. A wonderful end to a wonderful day.
