BOOM…BANG…KABOOM! The children returned to Little Knellies after half-term filled with excitement.

They shared stories about Bonfire Night and the amazing fireworks displays they enjoyed. We discussed how fireworks and bonfire celebrations are popular worldwide for festivals like Diwali and New Year.

The children recreated vibrant firework scenes and delicious bonfire treats with the play dough and mimicked the sounds with words like “whizz,” “zoom,” and “bang.” As a special treat, we even made edible sparklers to celebrate!
