I really enjoyed participating in the Elder Trophy competition. It was very interesting to watch the Lower IVs do their dives because they are more experienced and we can learn from them to improve the form of our dives. 

The winner was Hannah who did pike jumps and backflips off the three metre board (I would be way too scared to do that)! 

I am also proud to say that I was the highest scoring Upper III. Overall it was a really fun experience and I am looking forward to doing it next year as a Lower IV because I will be more experienced and be able to do even more impressive dives.
