Curiosity Week: Library

on

This week, the library is promoting a range of non-fiction books to encourage you to delve into subjects such as the strangest inventions in the world and why penguins’ feet don’t freeze!

My favourite books included ‘Nothing’ which explains terms such as ‘absolute zero’ to cosmic oblivion’ and ‘100 Ideas that Changed Fashion’ which is about the clothing and accessories which influenced the history of fashion.

The library staff will give you a Rosa for each non-fiction book you borrow from the ‘Curiosity Trolley’ and you will be entered into a lucky-dip if you write a book recommendation. This will be continued until half-term.
