Curiosity Fair: Wednesday 5 February

On Wednesday 5 February students from Upper IV, Lower IV and Upper III presented their work from the cross-curricular projects to students from the Junior School, Sixth Form and Staff.

In a packed Richards Hall and SF12 & SF13, students discussed their ideas and how they had worked as a team to respond to challenges linked by the theme of ‘adversity’.

The visitors were hugely impressed by the creativity and thoughtfulness of the contributions. These included an app to integrate advice on diet, exercise and activities with health advice, a youth group for senior citizens with a playground, a new planet which would be immune to climate change and an institute of activities around a serene pool to help people recover from adversity.

The way in which the students spoke about their ideas so eloquently and thoughtfully was a testament to the hard work, collaboration and inventive thinking they showed throughout the projects. They deserve to feel hugely proud of their contributions.
