Coram Life Education Workshops

on

Coram Life Education visited the Junior School this week to deliver a series of engaging, age-appropriate workshops that supported our PSHE learning. Each class from Nursery to Lower III, took part in an interactive session designed to help children understand both their physical health and mental wellbeing.

Through discussion, stories, songs and practical activities, pupils explored topics such as keeping their bodies healthy, understanding feelings and emotions, and developing important life skills including resilience, gratitude, acceptance and goal-setting. Children were encouraged to reflect on how they think, behave and learn, helping them to build strategies they can use both in school and beyond.

A highlight for many was meeting Harold the Giraffe, who needed the children’s help to solve problems linked to friendships, emotions and everyday challenges. These enriching workshops provided pupils with a valuable toolkit to support their wellbeing and personal development.
