We decided as a form to plan a relaxing lunch time to try baking Jo’s family cookie recipe. After a stressful few weeks with Mock exams, we thought this would be a perfect way to unwind as well as celebrate all our hard work this year so far. Cooking together turned out to be a lot of fun and we were all successful at making some great-tasting cookies.
