Clarinettists from Lower V and Lower VI came together on Friday 10 June to perform an eclectic array of wonderful music, beautifully supported by the fantastic accompanying skills of Mrs Cornford. 
The audience were treated to music by Grovlez, Saint-Saens, Mozart, Poulenc and Paul Reade given by Jennifer, Kate, Eleanor, Katherine and Louisa. At the end of the recital we had a wonderful surprise when Mrs Ayton, our talented clarinet teacher who had organised the whole recital, dazzled in her performance of the Allegro con Fuoco from Poulenc’s Clarinet sonata, once again accompanied by Mrs Cornford. It truly was a wonderful way to spend a lunchtime and our thanks and congratulations go to all the performers.
